The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Custom Jerseys, including any items printed with a custom name, number, patch, or with a pre-selected player's name/number, are considered FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect. This is the standard practice for personalized goods worldwide.

If an item has a clear manufacturing defect, we will cover all associated costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
Return Process

Initiate a Request: Email [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.

Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request. If approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a clear return address, and detailed instructions.

Ship the Item: Please ship the item back with all original packaging, tags, and the RMA number (we recommend including a note inside the package). We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will provide a reasonable shipping subsidy (typically $5 - $15 USD depending on the region) deducted from your refund. If the return is our fault, we will cover the full return shipping cost.

Restocking Fee: If a returned item does not meet the "Return Eligibility" conditions (e.g., tags removed, signs of wear, damaged packaging), we reserve the right to deduct up to 20% of the item price as a restocking and refurbishment fee, or refuse the refund and ship the item back to you.

Sizing Issues: We strongly recommend consulting the detailed size chart on each product page before purchasing. Returns due to personal sizing errors will be handled through the standard process, and you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Clearance Items: Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "Special Offer" are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

International Returns Note: International customers, when shipping your return, please clearly mark the customs declaration form with "RETURNED GOODS" and "NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" or similar wording to avoid unnecessary import duties. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being held or returned by customs.
