Order Processing & Preparation Time

• Standard Order Processing: All orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days after we receive payment confirmation at our warehouse. Weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

• Custom Order Processing: For Custom Jerseys requiring printing of custom names, numbers, patches, or pre-selected player details, additional production time is needed. Please allow an extra 5-7 business days for production on top of the standard order processing time. They will enter the shipping process immediately upon completion.

• Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check your package status on our website or the official website of the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.).

Transit times may be extended due to factors beyond our control such as customs processing in the destination country, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. International shipping times do not include customs clearance time.

• U.S. orders over $99 qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

• Free shipping thresholds and specific shipping costs for international orders will be calculated in real-time at checkout based on your address.
